Once a catering proposal is finalized, you\u2019ll turn it into a solid and executable plan: from staffing, suppliers, and logistics to materials, scheduling, and operational plans. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">But the commercial process doesn\u2019t stop there. As an event approaches, numbers, programs, and requirements change, and new opportunities regularly arise. That\u2019s why you think not only in operational terms but also commercially. You advise the client, identify opportunities, and at the same time monitor quality, feasibility, budget, and margin.   <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">You serve as the link between catering, sales, suppliers, staff, and the operational teams.
