SThree, an international recruitment organization focused on growth in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics sectors, closed out the year in style with its End of Year Conference. It was a moment to reflect on achievements, connect with colleagues from across the Netherlands, and look ahead to new ambitions. For this special evening, they sought a venue that offered space not only for content and inspiration, but also for experience and celebration. After a day full of presentations and sessions, guests arrived at Circa Amsterdam for a futuristic gala. A stylish three-course dinner, surprising culinary touches, and a vibrant party made the night unforgettable.

THE FUTURE IS NOW
After much deliberation, the theme “The Future is Now” was chosen and we immediately knew it was a perfect fit for both SThree and Circa.
What followed was a futuristic evening that inspired, amazed, and surprised.
Team Circa translated the theme down to the smallest details: from glowing makeup on the staff to culinary creations like a refined mosaic of fish and a spectacular outer-space dessert. Together, it all formed an immersive experience in which the future was not only visible, but above all tangible.
ONE TEAM, ONE MISSION
From the start, our collaboration with SThree felt like a shared mission: to create something people would be talking about for a long time. We contributed ideas on logistics, technology, and culinary direction, always with the bigger picture in mind. The result? More than 200 employees who clearly had a fantastic time. That energy carried over online as well: on social media, the evening was described as “unforgettable, energizing, and perfectly organized.”
